Hi Again

This is vegan and has been tested here in the USA for being safe during pregnancy It is about the size of a tube of lipstick so easy to bring along. It can be found online by its name and pictures online and Amazon

There are other products which I know nothing about. But I tried this and it has been very helpful. Mainly alternative I think

But during pregnancy or if you have problems with a lot of medications (allergies) very helpful. Money back guarantee here.

The Foundation that sent it to me is very responsible with many Doctors Nurses and Social Workers. They promote golf and music rather than rugby. Due to the incidence of injury and the fact that it is difficult for some to walk a course. But they do get them there.

Hope that helps. !!

Susan
