I am travelling over to Australia for a week and my Anticoagulant Team have asked me to take my yellow book with me and get an INR test while I’m over there ,I am stay8ng in Sydney many thanks

I always carry yellow book around with me. I can only think its valuable in an emergency and I can't speak for myself. And no I don't go round fearing emergencies. Just got into the habit after being advised to.

Ireland and the UK use them to record INR levels & dosage. Personally I don't bother with it nor does my clinic.

Thank you for letting me know. I have a blood tester here I do at home and record it in a book. So I guess it’s kind of the same thing. 😊
