"More comparative data for AstraZeneca covid vaccine risks, may need adjustment for APS patients with higher thrombosis risk, but on anticoagulation which could potentially reduce risk. We will update as more data is available but some reassurance for those who had the vaccine."

I’m assuming gps and consultants should be well aware of this and look after their patients health and safety with respect to risks around any vaccine and a potential risk of a blood clot

i am watching the news 4-13-21 Noon time here in USA . Are they looking into the Jassen J & J vaccine and the potential of blood clotting . they are site one type of Blood disorder . This is scary because i got the J & J Jassen Vaccine on 3-7-21 . I had no after effects from it other than a little light headed. { ha me saying this !!! Hmmm i am sure there will be some humor there !! } be being a triple primary . makes me wonder are they to quick to giving these . I did have 9 of my doc's contacted and they all were more afraid of me getting 19 and not knowing what would happen there and I did have the opportunity to say NO . Are you Lynzy saying the jassen or all of the vac's. And also cases of vaccinated people then testing positive after the vac. was done.

You are on anticoagulants, so should be fine, but please do ring your doctor should you become ill or have new symptoms, big hugs whizzing to you. MaryF

Thanks Sis . I am having INR problems BUT you know me and my erratic INR'S .. All my numbers are off BUT i had a CMP and an A!C also Cholesterol. triglycerides .. I did them ion 4-2-21 and they were great so since them is when my numbers went out .These are done every 3 days with my INR { we don't necessarily change my jantoven doses by much as we end up chasing it ] . We just make sure it isn't jumping up to the 9's or plummeting below 2 . I f it drops below 2.0 i have to start my Enox at 120 ml syringes if i do till it gets back up to 3.0 .I don't think it is anything to do with the Jassen vac though .Just my wacky body and blood. I will be doing bridging if i get my Right total hip replacement . I go for my MRI on that hip 4-15-21.and then a decision will be made I hope on the 19 TH with the orthopaedic surgeon .If I do have it set i will have to travel to Dartmouth Hitchcock Hosp. That is the only place they will let me have surgery . O well enough babbling for me Ha . Thanks M .

Exactly as mary says above. Any symptoms at all contact your drs. Don’t quote me but I read somewhere that a very rare form of low platelet disease is being looked at and researched as a possible cause of this reaction to the vaccine? If you call your dr you could discuss your personal circumstances and medical history with regard to your risks. I have had my two doses of the vaccine, but had the phizer variant. No problems for me, just as usual a highly erratic inr
