Hi Jonr, I am from Sweden myself but this site is enough for me.

I wonder if a higher INR over 3.5 made you feel better? Were you tripple-positive with also Lupus Anticoagulant? Then it may be better to keep a higher INR. I need an INR of 4.0 for my leaking heartvalves and pulmonary hypertation (PH) that go with my illness.

First of all I needed that high INR because of my TIAs and microembolies.
