I have a friend who has/ is kind enough to want to raise monies for APS and all she wants is a sponsorship form but she’s having great trouble

Can anybody help please

I think it’s against HU rules to advertise any project that raises money, you would have to go to individual organisations and ask them. Try aps-support.org.uk/
