Just a general moan as with all the rest of you the fatigue is horrid and as I run my own business Monday to Friday I’m flat out so Saturdays are always a rest day. Just fed up not being able to enjoy my kids and the garden every week. Last week I pushed myself cut the grass Saturday (4 1/2 hours) then BBQ at ours on the Sunday result day in bed with absolutely no energy totally flat all day Monday. I have read the spoons theory to my wife but it’s still hard to watch as she works hard with the kids and the house. It’s a good job I’m on amytrptaline (not sure of spelling)for the headaches otherwise I could get really depressed. Had a really rough day yesterday dizzy, headache, sore muscles and joints.
My wife keeps saying look after your spoons but I’m just not that kind of guy!
Anyway just wanted to get that off my chest and share with others who know exactly what I mean!

Yes it does sound as if the 'spoons' have been flat out. As is is Sunday today, I hope you can have a bit of a rest, please don't battle with the lawnmower today, try and have a rest if you possibly can. We all get those very fatigued episodes. MaryF
It’s not so much a battle it’s just the ride on the strimmer then the small petrol rotary. I have a family birthday today so not planning to do too much and thanks for your constant support xx
Hi, I manage “nothing” these days before I get fatigued. I have also been burned out. Last 6 months only managing one-two tasks daily. Often they must be postponed. In the morning I may have energy. But suddenly it’s empty... so these days I try to pace myself to handle day to day. Not easy, when used to do a lot of work and tasks ...
Been very very tired myself last few days as work full time as well , booked next week of to get every back but never had this sort of sleepiness before I got diagnosed with aps

I never knew the crippling migraines could actually be made worse by using warfarin, until my specialist said that changing it was the last thing we could try in an effort to control the migraines. I’d spent 9 1/2 years doing every migraine preventive to no avail, done the diets, you name it. I was on warfarin for 10 1/2 years. One year in on warfarin and I was in a terrible condition. Changing worked. My migraines are 80% reduced in number, and less severe.
I am triple positive with high titres, and had DVT and PEs prior to anticoagulation.
