I thought I’d seen a book something about a Journey etc but I’ve deleted it and was interested in buying it Sorry not a lot to go on

Hi, if you come up with any more clues, I will try and find it for you, there are a few books around and GHIC has a new one being written currently by TJSTICKYBLOOD which we will let people know about. MaryF

Sorry about the lack of information Mary I think it’s written by a person who has come along way on his/her journey I can’t even find the information in my’trash’ 🤭 Thanks for replying x

I’m really not sure I’m a bit rubbish aren’t i😂😂 I’m annoyed with myself I don’t know why/how I managed to do it so quickly and then not being able to find it in my deleted items. Thank you for helping me I really do need help don’t I 😂 x

Perhaps Highways and Biways by Dr Graham Hughes . I found it very informative about APS.
