I have Hughes syndrome but recently just bought a vibrating plate to exercise. Do u think it would be safe to use this???

In answer to your question probably not, and I must ask you, if you have a diagnosis for Hughes Syndrome/APS? Any new device, medication or exercise regime must be fully checked with your main consultant and GP. I have taken down your earlier post as they wre duplicated. academic.oup.com/ageing/art.... Ok, if your GP and consultant say it is not right for you, if it is new, I am sure you can send it back or re sell it, sorry to give you bad news. I also looked into one years ago, I just now stick to my own daily exercise which is a mixture of things. MaryF
