Hi, the first thing is, do you have a designated Hughes Syndrome/APS specialist? We have several listed on here for the UK, over under 'pinned posts' on the right hand side of this forum, these are for the UK, and our charity website, has many across the world: ghic.world/
Both yourself and your GP need the right guidance, a friend of mine, a close friend who has Hughes Syndrome/APS and a host of other things, not only had symptoms of necrosis, due to their INR being too low, but they also has this disease: hindawi.com/journals/crirh/...
Not saying you do have this, but please do make sure things are adequately checked out, we also suggest people look at their levels of D, B12, Folate, Ferritin and a full Thyroid panel.
