Weather is hot and if you have bloods drawn, many vials, it can make you very ill in what seems like a split second. Be sure to drink plenty of water rehydrate and stay in the shade. You really dont even have to be working out in the sun😬just a friendly reminder so you wont get ill🤗

Thank you! I routinely get 6 vials of blood drawn when I go in for my quarterly standing order.
PS we’ve just melted off about 11” of snow here, from a very late spring storm!
Thought it was worth a repost being its soooo hot!
