Be wary of dehydration

Weather is hot and if you have bloods drawn, many vials, it can make you very ill in what seems like a split second. Be sure to drink plenty of water rehydrate and stay in the shade. You really dont even have to be working out in the sun😬just a friendly reminder so you wont get ill🤗
