Quick question for our admins:

Are there any doctors that have/are being mentored by Dr. Hughes? Just reading the current blog by Dr. Hughes and the thought occurred to me...what a wealth of knowledge he has and so respected in the medical field I hope this continues well into the future!

Hi, he has retired but he is still at London Bridge, doing a lot to help from many angles, many have been trained by him via his various workshops. Quite a few will be at our next Patient's Day event. MaryF

He is still invited as a guest lecturer at many top conferences world wide. Not only does he contribute his knowledge, but he still has a keen mind to learn and keep abreast in his field.

He no longer is directly involved with or leads research teams ( as a member of staff) with a NHS research institution . He none the less contributes to this day.

When a physician is truly born to serve, it’s what they are compelled by intellect and spirit to do.

This is reflected by one simple question he always asks: “ What is this patient teaching us?”

He is still at it ... just globally now!
