Hi does anyone suffer from white spots inside the cheek & what can they be please?

Hi, some get mouth ulcers, especially with Lupus involvement, and another thing that can cause white patches is 'thrush' which is caused usually by candida and can get out of control if lots of antibiotics have gone one, hence why some people take probiotics, like myself, do show it or photograph it for the GP. Thankyou Mary, they actually do look like white raised spots my GP gave me diflam spray which isn't helping there not sore just irritating & quite concerning.

Sometimes, buttermilk or live culture yogurt will clear these up. Don't brush your teeth too soon after eating these. Give the bacteria a chance to crowd out the virus.

I had medium sized one or two few years ago and was diagnosed with lichen planus. My dentist noticed it n I was referred to hospital but was reassured. Can't remember what medication was given but thankfully got no larger n have no problem since

My dentist sent me to find out why I originally had white spots inside mouth now years later are blood coloured. But I do have white spots all on my face. So its all related . to condition. His persistence actually got my diagnosis of bhd birt hogg dube hereditary condition. Hopefully this helps? X
