All over body pain , mostly shoulders also two sides of neck and tingling in upper arms and feet sometimes. Difficult to walk down stairs. Had all tests and neg always. Even had a diabetes test. Tried eliminating wheat and dairy and additives , it helps a bit but not done it for long enough maybe. No Grain No Pain by Dr Osbourne is a good book but quite difficult to follow as we would need to eat everything organic and it is so expensive. I know my body is not right, any suggestions from anyone here?

Pain in muscles and joints etc for 8 years.
HI, do you have a diagnosis for Hughes Syndrome/APS This form is specifically for that disease, in answer to your question, always good to test your levels of D, B12 and Iron, and also your Thyroid beyond the linear one size fits all TSH test that the NHS does. MaryF
What does your GP/Primary Care Physician say/advise/diagnose?
Unless you see a doctor, these pains, while unpleasant at the very least, cannot be diagnosed and unless you have a diagnosis, they cannot be treated.
Rather than a forum, go to your doctor, giving as much information as possible. Write down all your clinical symptoms and dates so the doctor has as much information as possible.
This forum is specifically for APS/Hughes Syndrome and no one here can give you any medical advice. Eating healthily is, of course, what everyone should be doing, but do not take any supplements or "natural" product without seeing your doctor. Just because they are "natural" does not mean they cannot act adversely, especially if you have an underlying and undiagnosed condition.
With good wishes,
Ros
