Compression tights/leggings for running?

Can anyone recommend a brand you like? I'm new to running (I have doc permission). I've signed up to coach an elementary girls' running group. I'm more of a speed walker with a jog here or there.

I shall wait somebody else who runs, answering this, as I only wear them on flights and not for my daily exercise. MaryF

Hi Holley

I've looked back over your posts on this forum but nowhere can I find whether you have a diagnosis of APS/Hughes Syndrome.

Could you please confirm that you have a diagnosis of APS/Hughes Syndrome as this is a forum for sufferers of that condition, not a general medical form.

Best regards

Dave

I do have APS. Was diagnosed in 2005/6 after strange bleeding when I got knicked in the carotid artery during my first attempt at open heart surgery.

Thanks Lisa.

Sorry I had to ask but we have had a few issues recently.

I hope our community is helpful to you.

Most compression tights are very good I have 2xu +Skins + Dcore + Dobson out of those my fav's are Dcore, they all do a similar job so in the end it's comfort and personal choice

I personally use Sigvaris, and am very happy with them.
