400mgs with food once a day evening mainly so I remember, on Wafarin and Clexane if inr drops below 3

Wonderful drug it helped my balance, became a bit worried when it was changed over to hydroxychloroquine as symptoms came back, now on placqunil improved again.

I currently take 12.5 warfarin daily and 75 mgs of plavix. I have been on the 75 since late 2011. my hemo(my cardiologist my hemo's cardiologist) the decided to add plavix with the thought of taking me off it 2 years after my heart surgery. I had it in 2012 and still on it because when i try to slowly tapper off of it my strokes and other symptoms get bad again. So I guess I be on it for the long haul. It doesnt bug me but every time there is a new pharmacist I hve to explain why I take both and that yes I do understand the possible problems of taking both. For me I gotta have both.

I take 200mg 2x daily. If I don't take it for awhile my exhaustion level rises and all I want to do is sleep and feel so tired and can't seem to function. I did cut back to 1x daily and its not enough. It does definitely help a lot.

I take 200mg with my breakfast, have only been on it a week so waiting to see if it helps
