APS specialist in sweden?

Hello, i have been diagnosed With APS one year ago. I know i should find a specialist to Go too but every doctor that i ask just say it is unnecessary... they Said i should just take My meds (aspirin) and hope for the best.. :/ is there any specialists in sweden? (near Stockholm would be great) Anyone who knows? Thanks in advance
