From what I understand plaquenil suppresses the immune system. I've also read that it removes the antibodies APS and Lupus produces. Look it up. I could not be remembering what I read correctly..."APS memory".

Yes Plaquenil dampens the autoimmune response and can help with tiredness and joint/muscle pain. It also means that when you are running a temperature that your real temperature is likely to be higher than registers on the thermometer so even a very low raised temperature could be of concern.
