The world's largest clinical trial has begun in the UK to establish whether aspirin prevents cancers from returning. We know how effective aspirin is in APS, both in pregnancy and for those without major clotting events, so wish Cancer Research UK all the best with this study and let's hope they find out just what is so special about aspirin

There was an article in yesterday's times about the benefits of aspirin for pregnant women with immune problems. Didn't mention Hughes which is a shame.
