Transfats make the blood clot also. Thank you for puting it up here. Very interesting to read.

I have sometimes wondered if Soya is ok for us with APS? Sometimes I use fluid Soya in chickensauces but that is not so often and not much.

You wont find Dr Mercola promoting soy products as many are grown as GMOs and you wont find him promoting anything GMO related.

You can buy some soy products that are not GMO but you have to look carefully
