Hi Just wondering if there is a link between bone marrow abnormalities and APS? I had a bone marrow biopsy at my local hospital and it has shown abnormalities in mast cells, chromasomes . . . I have been referred to Kings for another biopsy for specialised testing. Does anyone else have bone marrow abnormalities with APS?

I have have A vascular necrosis - which is where my bone has died due to APS. Not sure if this is similar to yourself.
Thank you for your reply have had my bone marrow/bone biopsy in london and am just waiting on the results they seem hopeful they will be able to put all my conditions together, APS, Pe's, bronchiectasis, joint hypermobility, infections . . . . . I do wonder if my bone marrow has only just in past 5 years started to have problems as I never used to have so many infections.
