I would suggest in answer to this that you ask whoever writes the script for the Warfarin, but like most things the answer will probably be no, it could compromise how your drug is working throughout your body: I advise caution: webmd.boots.com/diet/raspbe...

I am not saying there is not a place for alternative health treatments or indeed supplements, but you have to be crystal clear with Warfarin or you could really compromise your health. Please consult your medical team before thinking about this.

I take a number of supplements for my health but due to being LDN and Aspirin and not anticoagulants this gives me a free-er reign, however if I was ever changed to being on Warfarin, I would certainly seek medical advice and re appraise my personal situation. We are not medically trained so can only give you sensible answers to put you in the right direction, direct medical advice must come from your doctor with a question like this.

Also who diagnosed your Hughes Syndrome/APS? Do you have a confirmation of this?

From what I gather in my research into weight loss, these don't work.

I used them earlier this year to help with weight loss, on and off for 3 months, my personal aim is one pound per week, and the first weigh in after having taken them for a week I lost 3lLbs, I found that this was not consistent. So I came off and on them. As we all know it feels like everything interacts with our warfarin /inr, but I was not affected. I have to add that I was excercising and following a calorie controlled diet, so I cannot say it was or was not the keytones which pushed things along, I bought mine from my local health food store, I stated right at the start that I was on warfarin, I did lots of research into the product before I bought it, and the staff ' seemed ' to know what I was referring to, when I told my Anti Coag nurses, they just seemed to brush it off as, it's not a medical drug, so we are ok with it! ... I loathe to recommend anything to anyone, and this is not what I'm doing now, all im saying is, it didnt affect my INR, and did push my weight loss on by a pound or two everytime I ised it. I would, however speak to your doctor, or anti Coag staff before you start, we might all have the same thing, but we all behave differently! . hope this helps, even a little Sarahx
