This is always an interesting programme to listen to, but this week's episode is particularly pertinent as the latest types of anticoagulants are discussed.

There's a transcript of the programme on this site as well (if you're unable to listen on iPlayer). Has anyone experienced apixaban, dabagitran and rivaroxaban?
