I'm concerned that the Androgel caused a clot or heart issue - anyone with similar experience using Androgel or other HRT who has APS? Short of sending me to the ER; my doctors don't seem that concerned

Hopefully others in the USA will come on here and answer you, there are many from the USA on here, certainly you need somebody highly medically skilled regarding Hughes Syndrome/APS in order for the finer detail. Hormonal treatments of any sort have to be handled very carefully. There are also some medical names on this list who maybe give you some more localized information. apsaction.org/ MaryF
