I am on a lot of other meds but its the possible interactions with warfarin that most concerns me.
Its something I am considering trying after days of severe exhaustion (sleeping 16+ hours a day and feeling like I have been kicked around a football field)
Does anyone here take it. What are your experiences good/bad?

I take co Q10 and am on warfarin.I also take a whole variety of other vitamins and minerals and I think the secret is to monitor your INR more often if any new vitamins/minerals/drugs are taken. You should then be able to pick up any impact and adjust the warfarin dose accordingly. As to the impact of Co Q 10 (I take 100 mgs) it should not do any harm and may boost energy levels so give it a go would be my suggestion. As to its' impact on me it is difficult to say as I am on so many other vitamins etc......
I have just seen an online article that suggests it may be contraindicated with warfain at high levels. I guess I need to find out more as to what is a low dose and what is a high dose if I am going to consider it.
Hi, I've been taking 200mg/day of CoQ10 for several years and have found it to be highly beneficial in minimising palpitations, feeling more with it and 'alive', etc. For the past year I have also been taking it alongside warfarin - and I have noticed no ill effects. Indeed, from everything I could find on the Net, CoQ10 acts as a pro-coagulant if anything. In any case, I would imagine the key is to avoid great variations in the level of intake - as with diet and warfarin; certainly my rheumatologist felt this to be the case when I asked him.
