Hi, I was recently diagnosed with APS, my current treatment is 3 per day of 100 mgc of aspirin, when is necessary warfarin?

HI there, some people do get by on aspirin only, however you do need to bet assessed by either a rheumatolgoist or haematologist with a working knowledge of APS. We do have a data base of clinicians for the UK attached to the Hughes Syndrome Foundation website,and if not in the UK, other members can usually help. I am somebody currently managing on aspirin only, but this is more unusual, it will depend on your range of symptoms, your previous clinical history of events, and also perhaps your blood results.
