Keze, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. No words can ever seem to be the right ones. I so feel for you & empathise. Am sure at the moment you are in shock & having to make arrangements & contacting people. Take some yime out foryourself & have a good cry.

Maybe write down a few recent memories of things you laughed about together recently. It may help in the future as the start of possibly a " memory scrap book ".

Again my heart goes out to you. I have only past on a suggestion I was once given at a time of loss. It proved to be helpful.

Hi Keze, really sorry to hear of your loss, I know words can't help you a lot but I understand I lost my Mum quite young and it is very hard. But I can honestly say it does get easier though you never ever stop missing them.
