Dear Rocki

Thank you or your post.

We cannot give you assistance on what level your INR should be for various procedures, only a qualified Dr can do that. I hope you start to feel better soon.

We have the beginnings of a Bristol/Bath/Swindon patients' group; we have had two meetings so far. Please PM me and I will give you details of our next meeting.

Best wishes.

Dave

Hi Rocki. I completely agree with all Dave has said above. When you have any type of steriod injection they take into account all medications you take, your weight, your height and a million other things! With me they also took into account my heart problems, the osteoporosis.......and this list goes on! So I would do as Dave suggests and take the advice from the professionals - they are the only ones who know what is best for you in this instance. Good luck with your proceedure, and get well soon!

Hi

From what I have gathered after many procedures during my time on warfarin the INR level that you have to achieve before a procedure is very dependant on the dr and the area the procedure is being performed on its all about risk and the doctors comfort zone , so I agree no one will be able to tell you what it should be .

Sorry I can't give you any more info

I wish you all the best

Dan
