How can I get rid of momentary pain behind the left ear on the skull?
In fact such pain appears once or twice in a year. It lasts not more than 3 or 4 days. When I experience such stabs, it may jerk me about 30 to 50 times. Then it gets damp and disappears slowly.
If you haven't checked out the "neuralgia" posts, type it in the Search or "trigeminal neuralgia." Many of us get these pains. My doc said I could take Gabapentin for it (which someone in our APS group once suggested, telling me about this nerve problem, good call!)-- my husband also was prescibed gabapentin for shingles neuralgia.
