About 3 years with this kind of rashes. I don't know how to describe. I got test and it came out negative. But this rashes not disappear and it itchy. On my back, leg and around my chest. Please help me to check this rashes.

If the HIV test was negative YOU DO NOT HAVE HIV .There is some other cause for your rash .
