As i told I had many of this rashes before. It was 7 months ago it comes and go every time. You can see some black spots. Now come back again With little spots. I am confused . I tested non-reactive .i have this symptom only.

Non reactive = you don't have HIV. Its a dermatological problem. See your GP.
