I got the news today my load is below 20 and I am now officially undetectable!!  Happy dance.  Now for the 6 months to being totally unable to transmit this disease

Sorry to say but you can still transfer the virus, being undetectable means that you have below 50 copies per ml., you still have the virus, it hides in our spinal fluids, blood & organs. All I want to say is play it safe.

I know and I will but going from almost dead to undetectable in 7 months makes me happy I am reacting well to the meds

That's good I'm undetectable as mid March and feel good. Still got a bit of a battle mentally but staying focused and getting on with life😜

Be strong minded, don't hold things in, life is beautiful and I still am amazed of all the changes I have seen so far in my life and looking forward for more fantastic adventures
