It is Random Acts of Kindness Day! Today we are highlighting our volunteering opportunities at Arrhythmia Alliance. Did you know that studies show that volunteering can:

- Reduce stress and depression

- Improve physical health and social connection

-Even reduce the risk of cardiovascular issues and mortality

Here are some easy ways to make a difference:

- Volunteer to organise a Know Your Pulse event

- Encourage someone to check their pulse with our helpful videos

- Share heart health facts on social media
