Poor/disrupted sleep

Hi, I'm writing today regarding poor or disrupted sleep and how this relates to atrial fibrillation episodes and frequent ectopics. I had a catheter ablation 2 years ago. I haven't had a bad AF episode since then but I have noticed that when I haven't slept well I get more ectopics. Is this a common occurrence, do any of you have had the same experience? I haven't been able to find any literature on this topic. I would like to print anything that is available somewhere to discuss the matter with my GP. Thanks. M

I've found that poor / disrupted sleep does indeed lead to AF and ectopics. I'm sure that many would agree. Poor sleep is responsible for so many ailments.
