Pulsing veins in my legs all the sudden

I don't know what's going on. Seems to be I have some type of pulsing or twitching. And both of my calves had just started like 3 days ago had a headache for 2 months. Had a echo test found out that I have trace recorditation and micro valve sclerosis.

Isn't it more likely to be muscle twitching than veins pulsating? A neurologist once told me that this can happen with stress in some people (including me)

Don't want to send you down a rabbit hole but I have just discovered that I am EMF hypersensitive. Loads of symptoms, you might like to look at it. Most countries have stopped denying it and accept it as a recognized condition.
