Do you have AF or are a caregiver of someone with AF?

Are you a Caregiver of someone with Atrial Fibrillation?

Do you have Atrial Fibrillation?

Do you live in the UK?

We would like to invite you to participate in a research study: AFFIRMO (Atrial Fibrillation Integrated Approach in Frail, Multimorbid, and Polymedicated Older People) Study.

The study is aimed at gaining a better understanding about the experience of living with multiple chronic conditions of which AF is the most common heart rhythm disorder.

If you would like to participate and offer your support, you can do so anonymously, all you need to do is complete an online survey (approx 30-40 minutes).

If you are a patient or a caregiver, we would also like to invite you to participate in an interview with a member of the team at The University of Liverpool (online via Zoom, up to 60 minutes), to better understand your experience of living with AF or taking care of someone with AF. If you are interested in participating in the interview, please email the study team at AFFIRMO@liverpool.ac.uk

However, you can decide to complete just the survey or the interview, or both!

Please choose the suitable link for you below:

Caregiver: survey.advicepharma.com/ind...

As always, we are very appreciative of your time and support in your participation

We would like to say a heart felt thank you to everyone that applied and participated in the study.

We are very grateful for your time and patience to take part in the AFFIRMO WP4 Survey on behalf of the Liverpool Centre for Cardiovascular Science (University of Liverpool, UK)

This study is now closed.

We will shortly be sharing details of a further study on behalf of The University of Manchester.

Once again, your support is much appreciated by the Patient Services Team at Arrhythmia Alliance.
