HiyaI would have thought that’s fine but maybe you should check with the specialist nurses on Cardiology Team. May know more than your GP!

I was told by cardiologist after each of 2 ablations I could do however much I could handle. No limitations. Conditioning had fallen considerably prior to each. Stamina determined how much exertion was possible. Rule of thumb given by a physician friend was the most accurate. However long your activity has been reduced by afib, multiply that by three. That number reveals how long it will take to return to physical shape accustomed to. For me the total was 6 months. Reality was almost exactly that.

Great to hear you are feeling well enough, that’s great. Your body will soon tell you, and if your cardiologist is happy with the procedure and your recovery, then all the best with returning to fitness.Take care.
