Can i low ironfrom thalassaemia cause ectopics?

Anyone with thalassaemia here that suffers.from ectopics? I'm at wots end from 6 yrs later I have ectopics, I have low iron drs said its fine , removed thyroid dra said levels are fine and years of monthly blood tests im unsure and want the ectopics gone!!

Very low iron causes all my heart issues mainly PVC’s (ectopics)

How low has your iron been and at what point do they stop

My ferritin was 5 It should be between 25-150

My ferritin is now 50

My PVC’s went from 13% to 3%

But I also take some other supplements that I’ve helped as well like taurine and L arginine and magnesium glycinate
