Why do I feel arrhythmia at rest? could it be a psicological condition?

Porque siento arritmia en reposo? Puede esto ser una condición psicológica o psiquiátrica?

Hi It’s common to feel arrythmia at rest. Probably a number of factors. Maybe we don’t notice it when walking around or exercising. If the arrythmia is due to premature ventricular contractions they are usually harmless at rest unless they are constant. Anxiety can cause them but also arrythmia can cause anxiety. Easy to blame anxiety but best to see a doctor and get the arrythmia checked out. Best wishes

Thanks a lot. I am attending a psychiatrist and we are dealing with it. The thing is that it bothers me a lot during rest periods and when I go to bed.
