I had a 20-30 min episode of arrhythmia. BP dropped to 92/52 , pulse 36, felt very weak and sleepy. It was 930 at night on August1st, 2020. Was worried thinking may be this is it! I am 81, will be 82 in October. paced around on driveway for 5-7 min, felt a bit better but not much. will try more vigorous exercise like go up and down the steps to my basement.

I take 50 mg Carvedilol 20 of Furosemide and 50 of Losartan per day for hypertension. Taking MgO 400 mg/d.

Anyone with similar experience??

I am relatively new here...

If your pulse drops below 40 then a pacemaker would be helpful, it will quickly return your beats to normal if they fall below 40. I've just had one fitted, simple procedure (I'm 77). But clearly the reasons for your episode should be properly diagnosed first.
