Ramipril Medication Change

Hiya - update on my meds and general health. I had been taking my usual 5mg Bisoprolol 2.5 Ramipril 25mg Spirolactone and keeping in NSR now since December 11th 2019 however, I developed a kind of masky film over my throat - always constantly trying to clear my throat after eating food. Cardiac nurse recently advised me to drop 2.5mg Ramipril to 1.25 and has immediately effect and done the trick - no masky film and not constantly trying to clear my throat.

Small changes=big improvements!
