Now and again my heart rate goes upto around 135 when I'm walking uphill (or rushing which I try not to do) I get really breathless sometimes to the point where I can't speak normally. I'm waiting for a cardiology appointment, should I be concerned about Corona virus, don't really think my heart rate is a serious condition.
Thanks to anyone who replies

thats completely normal, your hearts meant to race when your exercising, and waking up hill is definitely exercise. Probably just s little unfit with the anxiety during the moment of walking up the hill makes your heart race more. I've experienced this exact thing, I would get anxious about walking up and hill
