My watch kept binging so l looked at it and it detected that my heart rate was high l have the latest Apple Watch it is amazing l was feeling a bit off this morning but l didn’t think this would happen

Mine sometimes goes over 100 just with day to day stuff, but 134 is rather high. We're you doing any physical exercise in that period or was it day to day activities?
