Here I am totally relaxed listening to music and BOOM! A really hard beat that almost made me jump out of bed!!! It came out of no where. Why does it feel so bad??? Can it be cause I’m lying down and my heart is right against my chest?

I get these most days and it tends to happen in the morning while I am getting ready for the day, I call them donkey kicks as it feels as though a donkey had kicked out its back legs and whacked me in the chest. I gasp and step back as they are so vicious.

On Sunday I was in a mega store buying some carpet and while speaking with the guy measuring out the carpet I had a huge kick and jumped and gasped with the surprise of it. He looked at me as though I was crazy. I had to explain as I felt so foolish but they are harsh and take me by surprise. Had them for years now and they never fail to make me jump.
