Insomnia, burning sensation and frequent urination

Hi I've been diagnosed with Atrial Tachycardia. Over the last few nights persistent heart palpitations accompanied by a mild burning/stinging sensation across my upper chest are followed by needing to urinate 5 times a night. These all prevent me from sleeping. I'm on 2.5 of Bisoprolol twice day. Any thoughts on these symptoms - the sleep deprivation is crippling me and adding to bouts anxiety and depression. I wonder if they might result form undiagnosed sleep apnea but I also worry about heart failure (although I've been to A&E with these symptoms re the mild burning and the bloods showed nothing).

This is awful for you . Ive suffered with A/tach quite a bit and was cardioverted a couple of times when really bad and persistent. Re the stinging sensations in your chest,( you say that these hsve been investigated ) I wonder if you need to take more fluid on-board . I have found not dissimilar sensations when I have been dehydrated. Worth considering.
