I have same issues with heart feeling like it's on viberation or bee in my boob lol I've had ekg and 24 monitor. But I came across article says about electrical issue of heart talking about AV and SA node in heart can cause electrical feeling issues if not working right has anyone that had the fiberation feeling had these checked

If you look at my post today you will see that I have had extensive treatment for irregular heart beat and still suffer the buzzing bee syndrome at night. Go see a EP that are cardiologists who specialise in the electrical parts of the heart and you may get more info. Mine started like yours over three years ago - and slowly got worse.

It is cardiologist who is also electrophysiologist and specialists in the electrical systems of the heart.
