This site has changed enormously and I wish to thank those that have responded in the past. However, I no longer wish to be participate/be a member. Does anyone know how to go about it please? I'm going round in circles. Many thanks.

Yes, at the top right of this page hover over follow and it will change to unfollow, click and that's it done.
