I can't sleep it feels light I can't breathe when I fall asleep and I hate it I'm worried that something wrong and I don't know what is and each time I go to the er they can give me anything and they don't seem to know I'm worried I'm fall asleep during the surgery and freak out and cause a heart attack and I'm just scared mainly of the being forced asleep I had my first svt attack 19 years old 6 months ago HR was 240 for 90 minutes and they had to restart it and I'm normal again just plans heart jumping out my chest and this awful fear feeling and I was worried I would get kicked out of the army so I need this surgery I just wanna know why I feel like I can't breathe it's not sleep apnea

Hey let me know when you have it done. Currently waiting for it. Suffered with svt for around 5 years. Heart rate at 200-240 each time I have a attack. Always have to go to ane for a reset.
Sadly I was positive with covid and being in the army I had to get held back and the date was moved to march 8th do ask for medication I did and I'm feeling so much better
Just had it done and it's an amazing feeling don't be scared trust me I was a little but I promise you will feel you again they destroyed that nerve and had me walking the same day the wholes are so small you won't notice it they did both legs and my heart didn't even hurt it will try to race like a missing limb when you lose an arm and feel it but it's just your brain freaking out and you will be a ok
You must learn to relax and to do slow and deep breathing. Just reading your post made me anxious and breathless.
