Stress Test

Hi everyone I had my treadmill stress test yesterday and I could only stay on for almost seven minutes but I’m a little overweight and definitely out of shape so I got a little winded but I did reach the goal which was 150 bpm but I got it up to 155, and bp got up to 154/84. My doctor wasn’t present the time to get my results. Hopefully I find out soon. Not sure if this is good or bad.

I haven't had a treadmill stress test and don't know much about it, but I am sure they will have gathered some useful information from the seven minutes. I'm sure some people run out of steam faster than that!
