Your heart rate may be elevated for some time after ablation. You have to remember that your heart has been ‘burnt’ effectively. It can take 4-6 months before it gets back to normal. I don’t think it is unusual to not feel amazing afterwards. I was light headed and had chest pain for 3 weeks after my ablation, resulting in me being off work for a month, but if you are concerned go and get checked out.
