My mom's heart did that when I listened through a stethoscope. She has leaky valves, and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. I'm assuming it's the valves causing it though. Have you seen a cardiologist? Her PCP didn't catch it, so I encouraged her to see a cardiologist.
